Te Whare Tapa Wha:Animation

Task Description: This Term we are learning about Te Whare Tapa Wha, it is four strong pillars that help you be strong. One of them is Taha Wairua it is about your spiritual well-being and what you believe in. A thing that you can believe in are aliens or you can believe in Jesus Christ or God. Another one is Taha Tinana it is about your exercise and what you eat it is also about what you do,how you sleep and how much rest you get. When you get more sleep it will make you energised for the day it also helps you get energy so you can think. A different one is Taha Hinegnaro it is about your emotions and how you control them. You can control your emotions so you can have a good emotions and you don’t get angry easily. The last one is the one that I did which was Taha Whanau it is about your family and how they look after you. It is also about how they are kind to you and when they look after you. A way to strengthen you Taha Whanau is when you spend time with your family another way is when you see your family a lot so you don’t forget their names. If you don’t focus on all of your Te Whare Tapa Wha that means that your Whare (House) will be wobbly and your Whare won’t stand strong. Thank you for reading my task description I hope you like my answers and leave a positive comment. Here is my task.

Taha Wairua

Task Description: I talked about how I am and if I am a sibling. In my sentences I said that I was the oldest sibling. The spiritual pillar encompasses our relationship to everything outside of our mind & body. Some call it our soul, some call it their connection to faith. It can be your connection to your beliefs and values, traditions, and more. Sir Mason Durie explains that it is our experiences beyond the mind & body and is felt rather than spoken. I explain it as feelings of expansion rather than contraction. It is a crucial element, and is often overlooked in this day & age.
